Service terms and conditions for TechDrive Solutions

By using TechDrive Solutions' services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided at our facility or through our mobile service units.
All work performed requires written authorization from the vehicle owner or authorized representative. We will provide detailed estimates for all non-routine work exceeding £100 before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:
We provide a comprehensive warranty on all parts and labor. Major repairs are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Routine maintenance items are covered for 6 months or 6,000 miles.
Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages resulting from vehicle breakdown or service delays.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with UK law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We are committed to environmental protection and dispose of all automotive fluids, parts, and materials in accordance with environmental regulations and best practices.
